To give you a clear idea of what we are doing in Phase 2 of the Shanghai Racquet Club & Apartments we have highlighted some key facts for the new development. Seeing is believing and we expect the first units to be available very soon.

Project Layout

- Phase 2 Land size 60,000 m2
- 12 Buildings 6-8 storey each arranged around a central landscape.
- Total combined area phase 1 and 2 +100,000 m2
- Building Arrangement
- Two main entrances with lobby for each building.
- Two apartment entrances at each floor level offering a good level of privacy to each floor.
- Two elevators per building serving each entrance. These will be provided by Kone who will be providing full time staff for maintenance of  Phase 1 & 2.
- The apartment buildings will follow the same generic theme of  phase 1 with pastel colours; however, following our surveys we have reduced the amount of balcony and incorporated this into the apartment space.
- Car ports/bays will be provided at the front of each building with a covered area allocated for bicycles.

Apartment types

- Duplex, three and four bedroom apartments. Two level apartment with plenty of entertaining and living space with separate accommodation on the upper level.
- Flat, three and four bedroom apartments. Great apartment on one level, again with well thought through features and equipment.
- Penthouse, top floor with fantastic views of the compound and the action on tennis courts or the landscaping.
- Ground floor 5 room apartment - with entrance from the across the gardens or main entrance and fantastic views of the landscaping. Ideal for large families, good entertainment area and ample size kitchen to suit. The 5th bedroom can be converted to a study.
- All apartments have good size balconies ideal for sitting out.
