Dear members,
SRCA is proud to announce the opening of another Children’s Care Center on Level 2 of the Clubhouse, which will be ready by August 2004. This facility is designed to meet the needs of children below 10 years of age, with the emphasis on pre-school age children. This center will be a multi purpose educational space providing a variety of different activities including a semi-structured pre-school program. The center will be open between 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday to Friday.
The following are a number of programs we are offering at this stage, however as we begin to grow we will build on our services.
1. Structured childcare services to children in the following age categories:
12 months - 18 months (8:45 - 11:45am)
18 months - 30 months (8:00 - 13:00pm)
30 months - 42 months (8:00 - 13:00pm)
42 months and above (8:00 - 13:00pm)
The childcare center will provide a safe, attractive educational environment with a quality semi-structured program staffed by both Western and Chinese qualified teachers for children 5 years and under from 8:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. (Please refer to Application Forms and attachment for more details)
2. Level 2 Baby Play Area:
This space will be available for children 2 years and below after 13:00pm and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
3. After School Curricular Activities:
This service will provide a variety of curriculum activities for children under 10 years old. We hope to offer Music, Art & Craft, Calligraphy, English, Chinese, Chess, Soccer, and a Homework Club. (We are still working on details and the schedule)
We are currently in the process of finalizing details for our new Child Care Center. More information with regard to the new centre and Registration forms will be sent out to you as soon as they are ready.
