To Make Your Stay More Enjoyable Please Read

Important Information

Checking In:
You may check-in at the Front Reception Counter of the Clubhouse building between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.  Please complete the registration card and allow the attendant to take an impression of a valid credit card.
In your check-in envelope please find an ID-Information card, a Club guest membership card (if you are not a club member) and your room key.  Please return all of these items upon checking out.

Front Gate Entrance:
Please display to your ID card to the front gate guard to gain entrance to the development.
Building Front Door Entrance: You may only gain entrance to your building through the front door.  To enter your building input the front door security code located on your ID card on the key-pad in the building foyer.  Be sure you press Ą°#Ąą before entering the code number.  Press Ą°*Ąą to clear any wrong key-in numbers.

Service Center:
From inside SRCA dial 8888 to contact the Service Center, from outside dial 2201-0000. The Service Center provides twenty-four hour English speaking assistance.  If you encounter a problem you feel to be an emergency, ask the Service Center to contact the Duty Manager.  The Duty Manager will call you back within ten minutes.

Shanghai Racquet Club Membership Card:
During your stay you and all apartment occupants are allowed full membership privileges of Shanghai Racquet Club at no additional cost.  Please present the Club guest membership card to the Sports Desk for fitness center, tennis or squash court or swimming pool use.  Present it to Club Reception to secure the use of a day locker.  Present it prior to ordering foods or beverages in any of the ClubĄŻs restaurants.  Please request additional guest membership cards from Club Reception counter.

Television: 
The channel guide is located in the TV cabinet. Useful information about SRCA and Club activities and events may be found on Channel Ą°0.Ąą

Telephone and Internet:
There is no charge for local telephone calls.  Should you wish to make IDD or DDD calls from your apartment you need purchase a calling card at the Country Market located in Building # 1Grand Slam Circle.  For assistance configuring your computer to the SRCA Broadband Internet system, please call the Service Center between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM weekdays only.  In the event of emergency, you may connect to a web based email provider using the computer in the Service Center.

Continental Breakfast:
A complimentary Continental Breakfast including breakfast beverage, fresh fruit and a home-made bakery basket will be served to your apartment at the time of your choosing.  Please complete the menu form and hang on the outside door knob.
Shuttle Bus Service: Complimentary shuttle bus service departs from SRCA every hour from the Country Market.  Please see the Shuttle Bus schedule included in the information package.

Rules and Regulations:
Please refer to the Tenant Handbook under the section entitled SRCA Rules and Regulations.  As a courtesy to all residents please keep television and noise levels low after 10:00 PM.

Appliances:  Please refer to the Tenant Handbook for the proper operation of all appliances.  An ironing board and iron are provided in the laundry room for your convenience.

Mini-bar: 
Light snacks, soft drinks and beer is provided at nominal cost.  Please refer to Mini-bar Voucher.

Water: 
SRCA maintains a private water purification plant.  Water from all faucets in the apartment is certified safe to drink.

Room Service:
Please refer to the room service menu for a selection of delicious foods brought right to your apartment. 

Laundry or Dry Cleaning:
Deliver to the Country Market by 9:00 AM and retrieve it after 9:00 AM the following day.  Please use laundry form provided.

Checking out: Please settle your bill at Club Reception Counter and return your room key and ID-Information Card.
