During the renovation period the club will operate normally and we will publish the final renovation schedule before the end of the month to keep you in the loop as to what is going on at your club. Whilst there will certainly be some adjustments to be made during this time, I can assure you that we will minimize any inconvenience during the renovation period.

A few housekeeping issues that we would like to remind members and residents to ensure that the Shanghai Racquet Club and Apartments remains a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.
Speeding: Please remind your drivers that the speed limit on the compound is 20Km - this is the limit. Constant offenders will be barred from entering the compound and members and residents will need to meet their cars outside on the Jinfeng Road. The school bus operators are also being reminded of this important point
I can assure you we will be very intolerant of infringements on this important regulation and the management will be very supportive towards staff members who are enforcing the requirements. There are 100+ children living on the compound and safety is very much our concern.
Drivers Please remind your drivers not to run engines in the car park or at the building entrances. Cleaning of cars is not permitted and should be done at the car wash and not on the compound. There are cases when drivers empty ash cans into the flowerbeds, take out the floor mats and leave the mess all over the car park. If they need to smoke please ask them not to put the stub in flowerbeds.
Shuttle Bus The shuttle bus is for residents and members. Please kindly SHOW your membership card to the driver. The shuttle bus will not make any drop offs or pickups except in the gazetted locations
Pools If you have children, who need to wear diapers, please ensure that waterproof diapers are used in the pool. Naked children will not be allowed in the pools and lifeguards are instructed to ensure that diapers are worn.
Dogs Dogs are welcome, but not welcome inside the clubhouse. Please keep your dogs on leads with the lead in your hand, this is a legal requirement.
With best wishes to you and your family.
Yours sincerely Shanghai Quality Housing Real Estate Development Co. Ltd Shanghai Racquet Club and Apartments
