Traveling to China has been a unique experience to all of us, especially to those who had never been there before. The mini-performance at the Shanghai Racquet Club was also very special. For us it was an honour to give a performance for the residents there.

Wow, I'm speechless.... what else can I say other than bow and lift my hat and say "Chapeau, a difficult task mastered so professionally".
Be it your new facilities, be it the display of a winning spirit of both your culinary and your service teams, or simply excellent leadership from you, Shanghai Racquet Club did the B & B proud with last nights dinner in every respect. Congratulations and Thanks!
The harmony and communication between you and Julian and Thomas is evident in every detail, and I appreciate that, knowing how times consuming such coordination are.
For what you did for the Club, and for what you achieved as our Food Master is admirable and we, the committee, thank you for helping us to polish our image and with it, move onto higher grounds.

Shanghai Sunrise
The Event on Saturday was wonderful. In addition to having a great day, the Sunrise students were able to begin to learn new skills and to interact with people they wouldn¡¯t have otherwise had the opportunity to meet. They all had a most enjoyable day. In addition, I would like to thank the staff that worked for the Sunrise event. I can¡¯t begin to tell you how fantastic the tennis coaches were with the students.
