SRCA 24-Hours Service Center
The Service Center is the central communications point between residents and SRCA Property Management. It is staffed 24-hours a day by bi-lingual attendants that are trained to handle any resident problem or request. By calling the Service Center a resident can order a taxi, report a maintenance problem, receive help in translation, communicate with the Front Gate Security to announce guests arriving, and get in contact with the Manager on Duty. The Service Center also provides mail service to residents and a wide variety ofother services.
