Late arrivals will be subjected to availability and is NOT recommended to enter the aerobics room during the session.
Pilates : An exercise in balance .Pilates can strengthen your deep muscle, improve your flexibility and balance. Fix your posture.
ABS: A lesson to exercise belly by using different ways.
Dancerobics: A combination of aerobics and dance - a fun way to get fit. *Warm up includes floorwork.
*Reservations are open 2 days prior to the exact date of the class.
*If you book a spinning class and don¡¯t show up for it, you will be ¡°blacklisted¡± for the following one unless a waiting list position is open.
The club reserves the right to change or cancel the class without prior notice!
