Membership Dues	RMB    1, 450 ¨¤ Per Month
Non-Transferable Membership
Short-Term Family Program	RMB 75, 000 ¨¤ 2-Year

Membership Dues	No Dues

Spouse	Club privileges extended at no additional fee.
Children	Club privileges extended to single children under the age of 25 at no additional fee.
IAC Clubs Network	As an Lifetime Member of the Shanghai Racquet Club & Apartments,  you will be entitled to non-resident   membership privileges at over 200 premier city, business, athletic, golf and country clubs worldwide.  Members will receive an IAC (International Associate Clubs) Membership Card and presentation of the card is your exclusive key to visiting any of the Associate Clubs worldwide.
Absentee Status	Lifetime Members may apply if residing outside of Shanghai area for a minimum of 6 months. Pre-payment of 20% of all dues during the  absentee period is required.
Transferable	Individual Lifetime Family Memberships are salable to another individual subject to the Club's approval by paying all outstanding bills and payment of the applicable non-refundable membership fee and consistent with the Terms and Conditions of Membership listed on this application. Club transfer fee is to be paid to SRC (by either the seller or buyer)  once the  transfer has been accepted and confirmed.
Renomination Fee	Corporate Members (joined before 2008) may renominate nominee within the same company at a fixed fee of RMB10, 000.
Tennis Court Fees	None ¨C Prior reservations recommended
Squash Court Fees	None ¨C Prior reservations recommended
Badminton Court Fees	None ¨C Prior reservations recommended
Aerobics Class Fees	None on standard classes. Fees posted if applicable.
Swimming Pools	1 resort style pool with sandy bottom and beach with 3 Jacuzzis                    1 indoor lap pool with fun pool and Jacuzzi
Childcare Supervision	Free of charge. Children must be signed in and out by parents.
Charging Privileges	No cash transacted within the Club. Members may charge on their member card. Children 8 and older will be issued  a card, charging privileges must  be approved by a parent and payment on all charges has to be guaranteed.
Dues & Billing	Members receive a monthly bill by post the first week of each month.
Payment Terms	By all major credit cards, RMB/USD cash/cheque, TT.
