NIETVELT, Sarai
Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Nietvelt is from Belgium. She received her medical degree from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium and training in Tropical Medicine from the Institute of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene in Antwerp, Belgium.
Dr. Nietvelt has worked as a physician in Morocco, Argentina, Belgium, Laos and China. Before coming to Shanghai, she worked as a Senior Medical Officer for SOS International in Tianjin, China and in Gnommalat, Laos.

BENOIT, Edward (Ted)
Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Benoit is from the United States of America. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, United States.
Before coming to Shanghai, Dr. Benoit worked for over 20 years in clinical practice in addition to serving as Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the New Hampshire Dartmouth Family Practice Residency at Concord Hospital in New Hampshire, United States. He is board certified in Family Practice and Geriatrics and has a special interest in Pediatrics.

GOOREN, Marga
Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Marga Gooren received a Medical Science degree and a Doctorate in Dutch law from the Erasmus Universitie of Rotterdam, Amsterdam. After graduating, she then went on to complete her General Practitioner Training at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam. She has over 12 years of clinical experience with the majority of that in the field of Family Medicine. In addition, she also has Master Practitioner Training in Neurolinguistic Programming, and is a member of both the Royal Dutch Medical Association and the Dutch Society of General Practitioners. Dr. Gooren speaks Dutch, English, French, and basic German.

CHEN, Eunice
Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Eunice Chen received her undergraduate degree majoring in Biology from the University of Texas, United States and completed her medical degree in 1994 at the same university. After graduating, she completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of California, United States. She has over 13 years of clinical experience in the field of Family Medicine, is certified with the American Board of Family Practice and is licensed in the state of Texas in the United States. Dr. Chen speaks English, and limited Mandarin and Spanish.

HSU, Sharon
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Hsu has a Ph.D. and M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology in Southern California. She has had a diversity of training, working in schools, hospitals, university and community mental health centers, and with forensics. She is a member of the American Psychological Association. She was born in Hong Kong and has lived all over the United States as well as spending four years in northwest China. As a result, Dr. Hsu has an avid interest in cross-cultural issues in psychology and providing culturally-relevant treatment. She has extensive training in both short-term and long-term models of therapy for adults, both individual and groups. She is trained in doing psychotherapy groups and play therapy with children.
She has experience in seeing couples and families, in addition to being qualified to do psychological and psychoeducational testing.
