2008 Swimming School Programmes

Class Name Preschool (3 每 4 Years)
Goals Students in this class will learn basic water adjustment skills with an emphasis on play to prepare them for comfort in the water for next level. A first group experience without parents.
(Max.4 students / 30 minutes / per class / one lesson a week)

Class Name Advanced Preschool (4 ~ 5 years)
Goals This class covers submersion under water, floating and gliding on front & back, rhythmic breathing and front/back crawls at a beginner level.
Max 3 students / 30 minutes / per class

Class Name Level I (5 每 6 Years)
Goals Emphasis on stroke development for front & back crawl, side breathing, proper pulls, body positioning and coordination.
(3 每 6 students / 45 minutes / per class / one lesson a week)

Class Name Level II (6 ~ 8 years)
Goals Front & back crawl are refined. Introduction to breaststroke, open and flip turns.
(3 每 6 Students / 45 minutes / per class / one lesson a week)

Class Name Level III (6 ~ 9 years)
Goals Refine Front / back crawl and breaststroke, Butterfly is taught.
(3 每 6 students / 45 minutes / per class one lesson a week)

Class Name Level IV (8 years up)
Goals Work on endurance, speed, flip turns ,dives and all strokes. Fitness swimming including pull buoy use, heart rate determination and swimming etiquette.
(3 每6 students / 60 minutes / per class / two lessons a week)

Class Name Adult Beginner
Benefits This class is either for the beginner who needs to overcome fear of the water or for the adult who needs some swim stroke work.

Class Name Adult Fitness Swimming
Benefits Fitness classes are a fun and enjoyable way to get a great workout. Unlike land-based workouts, the water's natural buoyancy allows you to exercise with little impact on the joints and spine. In addition, the water's constant resistance makes exercising in the water more efficient than a workout on land.
